McCoy Russell’s Chinese Patent Prosecution team, including Xiaohong Ding and John Russell, won another revocation of an improper rejection by the Chinese Patent Office. Our team led the appeal to the Reexamination Board that obtained a decision revoking all rejections and indicating that the invention was patentable. The case is Chinese Patent Application No. 201280050402.1, relating to lighting systems and controls.
