McCoy Russell continues to expand its brand protection practice with the addition of Devon Jenkins to the firm as a Trademark Attorney.
Prior to joining the firm, Devon served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Donald L. Graham in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, before going on to represent corporate clients, startups, and individual innovators in trademark registration, copyright licensing and registration, trademark litigation (inclusive of opposition proceedings), and general counsel legal services. Devon assisted entrepreneurs by providing business development and growth strategies, contract drafting and negotiation services, and by litigating a variety of disputes in his efforts to assist clients through the entire business lifecycle, from idea conception to exit strategies and everything in between.
At McCoy Russell, Devon’s focus includes managing global trademark portfolios and developing trademark registration and enforcement strategies.
