Our client’s invention relates to signal processing in ultrasound imaging systems.  The Examiner claimed the invention was obvious and our team, led by John Russell, successfully appealed. Our client’s patent application relates to the fields of Chemical and Materials Engineering, and in particular to lithium transition metal phosphate materials for batteries.
